1. Check if you meet Voxel minimum requirements

Go to WP-admin > Elementor > System info, check your database version

Make sure Voxel minimum requirements are met

• If you are using MySQL, the minimum version is MySQL8
• If you are using MariaDB, the minimum version is 10.3

If the minimum requirements are not met, you can contact your host provider and ask them to upgrade.

2. Select the database type

Go to WP-admin > Voxel > Settings > Database and make sure you select the right database type (MySQL or MariaDB depending which one you are using)

3. Recreate tables

Go to WP-admin > Structure > Post types > Edit your post type(s) > Filtering > Indexing Status > Press “Recreate table and index all posts”
